犬の十戒～The Brawny's Ten Commandments～

１．My life is likely to last ten to fifteen years.
　　Any separation from you will painful for me.
　　Remember that before you buy me.

　　ボクの命は、１０年から１５年なんだ。
　　ねえねえ聞いて！知っていてもらいたい事とかお願いがあるんだよ。
　　君がボクを飼うために、君が心配しそうな事をいくつかあげるよ。
　　覚えておいて。ボクを飼う前にさ。

２．Give me time to understand what you want of me.　

　　あのさ、君がボクに何を望んでいるのかを理解するまで
　　ちょっと時間がかかるんだ(;^_^A アセアセ…。

３．Place your trust in me- it's crucial to my Well-being.

　　でもボクはね、いい子で居たいから、君の信頼を得るようにがんばるよ。

４．Don't be angry at me for long and don't lock me up as punishment.
　　You have your work, your entertainment and your friends.
　　I have only you.

　　長い事ボクを怒ったり拘束したりしてひどい目にあわせないで欲しいんだ。
　　君には仕事も有るし、趣味もいっぱいあって、友人もたくさんいる。
　　でもボクには　君だけしか居ないんだよ。

５．Talk to me sometimes.
　　Even if I don't understand your words, I understand your voice
　　when it's speaking to me.

　　いつも話しかけてね。
　　もし君の言ってる事がわかんなくても、
　　君がボクに話しかけてくれてるって事だけはわかるし、
　　言おうとしていることを一生懸命考えるよ。

６．Be aware that however you treat me, I'll never forget it.

　　ボク絶対に忘れないし、どんな時もよくわかってるよ。
　　君がボクの面倒を見てくれてるって事をね。

７．Remember before you hit me that l have teeth that could easily crushthe
　　bones of your hand　but that I choose not to bite you.

　　ボクをぶつ前に　思い出して欲しい。
　　ボクの歯は君の腕の骨くらい簡単にかみ砕けるんだ。
　　でも、ボクはそんな事したくないし、する気もない。

８．Before you scold me for being uncooperative, obstinate or lazy,
　　ask yourself if something might be bothering me.
　　Perhaps I'm not getting the right food, or I've been out in the sun too long
　　or my heart is getting old and weak.

　　がみがみボクをしかる前に、自問自答してみてよ。
　　なんでこんなに言うこと聞かない「ものぐさ犬」になっちゃったのか？
　　君を悩ませる原因は何なのかをね。
　　たとえば・・・
　　大好きな食事をきちんともらえなかったり、
　　灼熱のお日様にひからびそうになってたり・・・
　　もしくは、ボクが老犬になっちゃって、身も心も弱っちゃってるかもってさ。

９．Take care of me when I get old . you, too, will grow old .

　　ボクが老犬になっても、ちゃんとお世話してよ。
　　君だって一緒に年取るんだからな?!(￢_￢)ジ～

10．Go with me on difficult journeys.
　　Never say, I can't bear to watch it or Let it happen in my absence.
　　Everything is easier for me if you are there.

　　ボクを看病出来ないとか、留守の間に死んじゃえばいいとか
